The 2007 EuroHockey Nations Trophy for men is the second tier of the EuroHockey Nations Championships. It was held in Lisbon, Portugal from September 09 to September 16, 2007. Whilst both Austria and Poland were promoted to the Championship in 2009, Poland defeated Austria to win the title. Poland, Austria and Switzerland qualified from this event to the WorldHockey Olympic Qualifier Tournaments in 2008.

The teams who finished third and fourth in respective pool is carry to this pool. They have to play two matches in this pool with the opponent they do not meet before in own pool whilst carrying the result of their match against the opponent played. The team finished top of this pool classified as fifth place and so on. The teams finishing 3rd and 4th in this group will be relegated to the Challenge I for the 2009 tournament.
