Why would Gurmit Singh be considered Eurasian (aside from the other sense of the word), when he's Indian, Chinese, and Japanese? None of those countries are in Europe. Ralphael 05:01, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
There should be more than German/Slavic/Latin/Middle Eastern to the "Euro" part, I am just trying to be accurate, what about Celtic? Greek? Basque? if you're gonna get technical then get it correct, can we just say Caucasian? even though that is kind of undefined...? Spettro9 2005/06/15
[edit] pointless
this is an entirely baseless cat and needs to be deleted. how can someone be from two continents? that aren't even well defined themselves?? this is absurd. you can have a valid ethnicity, nationality, but race is a social construct. an article is one thing, but trying to categorize people into this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.201.27.30 (talk)
[edit] WP:V, WP:RS, WP:BLP
Just a reminder that per our policies WP:V, WP:RS, WP:BLP, categories have to be sourced just like anything else. It would appear that this category has been added very freely to many articles where there is no evidence that it is appropriate. I will continue to clean it up, but it would be nice if others could help, either to produce good references for the significance and notability of the subject's ethnicity, or to remove it pending such. --John (talk) 04:55, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
