Eupatoria city municipality (Ukrainian: Євпаторійська міськрада, Russian: Евпаторийский горсовет, Crimean Tatar: Kezlev şeer şurası) officially "the territory governed by the Eupatoria city council" is one of the 25 regions of Crimea.
Besides the city of Eupatoria the region includes 3 towns: Zaozerne, Novoozerne and Myrnyi. Zaozerne is situated by the sea coast near the city of Eupatoria, but the other two towns are remoted enclaves, surrounded by the territory of the Saky raion.
