Description

Image of Eugène Ruffy (1854 - 1919) He was a Swiss politician, a member of the Swiss Federal Council from 1893 to 1899 and President of the Swiss Federal Council in 1898 (Vice-President in 1897). He was the son of Victor Ruffy (1823 - 1869), also a member of the Swiss Federal Council.
