Etsushi Ogawa

Etsushi Ogawa (小川悦司 Ogawa Etsushi?, born 1969-02-23 in Niigata Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese manga artist . He graduated from Keio University with a degree in economics. He is most famous for the manga Chūka Ichiban, which was made into an anime.
In 2007, he won the 31th Kodansha Manga Award for children's manga for Tenshi no Frypan.[1]
