Ethmia quadrillella is a lepidoptera from the family Ethmiidae.
The wingspan of the moth ranges from 15 to 19 millimeter.
The flight time ranges from May to mid September in one or two generations.
The host plants are Comfrey, Forget-me-not and Pulmonaria officinalis.
The moth can be found in Eurasia.
