Ethan Michael Zwaan "Ethel" (born December 21, 1990 in Bath, Maine) is an American musician, who is best known for his role as the Rhythm guitarist at MoHiBa 2008 playing a Cover of Lynyrd Skynyrds "Simple Man", and one of three singers playing a cover of Rammsteins "Du Hast." The other two members being Ben, and John.

Zwaan started playing the guitar at the age of 12 and worked at McDonald's, Bath. He was born in Bath, Maine and grew up there till the age of 5 when his parents got a devours in 1995. His mother met a lawyer and moved up to Portland, Maine with Ethan, and his older brother Anthony. Zwaan finished up to the 3rd grade in Portland. his mothers marriage didn't last and she moved back to Bath in 2000. Ethan plans on finishing his school career here in Bath. Zwaan now is a Junior at the Morse High School. He will graduate from High School in 2009. Zwaan has stated that he practices playing the guitar about 3 to 4 hours per day. Zwaan will occasionally play local gigs with his friends around the Bath area. He is currently working at Olympia Sports as a part timer hoping to leave soon for a new job. Olympia Sports just isn't cutting it for him.

Ethan and his girlfriend Cortnie have 4 pets together. 3 cats and 1 dog. Cortnie and Ethan have been dating since 2006. He and his family live in bath, Maine. Ethan is good friends with Ben Coyer (lead singer of Acts of rebellion) and Nate Green (back up singer of Acts of rebellion). They play music together often and always have lots of laughs. Ethan and Ben cant be serious on stage, so when they perform they cant look at each other or they will burst out laughing. In the summer of 2007 Ethan was in an accident. he was riding his bike to summer school and was hit by a SUV suffering minor injuries. There isn't a day that He goes without his guitar necklace. It's kind of like a luck charm to him. Ethan is of the Dutch heritage. he doesn't really have a religion. He doesn't want to worry of what's going to happen after his death. He just wants to take life day by day and see what happens. He was brought up a Catholic.

Toliver and Ethan have come up with a band named Chick's with Dicks. Toliver came up with the name one day when they were sitting down at lunch. it was a name the just popped into the head. MoHiBa will be the first appearance as Chick's with Dicks. Right now the Bands only two members are Toliver and Ethan, but they are hoping to find more people to play for their band.
