Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999

For the Eurovision Song Contest 1999, Estonia was represented by Diamond of night, performed by Evelin Samuel and Camille. The song received 90 points, finishing 6th.
On January 30, the Estonian final was held at the Eesti Televisioon Studios in Tallinn, and was hosted by Romi Erlach and Marko Reikop. There were 10 songs in the final, and the winner was decided by a jury of 10 international judges, including Katrina Leskanich (from Katrina and the Waves, the winner of the 1997 Contest), Bjorgvin Halldorsson (Iceland's performer in 1995), conductors Anders Berglund and Noel Kelehan, Nana Mouskouri (Luxembourg's act in 1963) and Israeli composer/conductor Kobi Oshrat.
