Shouldn't this be found under Gudrun (storm)? Even the german wikipedia seems to refer to it as so, and in Sweden where most of the damage was done the name 'Erwin' has pretty much never been used. --Bomkia 14:54, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Factual Errors

The information that the Swedish government has had enormous insurancecosts due to the storm needs to be supported by sources.

I´m a fairly active forestowner and except for the reduction in diesel during a short period of time, and less environmental restrictions no insurancemoney have been payed. Forestowners who had insurances that did cover wind (which very few had) did get insurancemoney payed from the insurancecompany. Most people did not have this insurance. Of course these forestowners recievec an enormous payment for their timber, but this was payed for by the companys who bought the timber. Most of this timber was in the uptake-region of Södra which is an economic organisation that is owned by the forrestowners themselfes. These people did end up getting payed a lot, due to the construction of the organisation but again, this had nothing to do with the government.
