Rad, do you even know what you removed? It means "On Lake Nicaragua they eat freshwater sharks." I believe it is, in fact, a quote from Cardenal's poem, although I cannot find out much about his work on the Internet.

So, I shall let the line stand until such time as it can be shown it doesn't belong here.

Yes, I know just enough Spanish to know the rough meaning. If it is a quote with some specific importance that merits mention in the article, that's fine -- explain why and provide a translation. But including a single Spanish sentence, without any context or explanation (and in an article section that is typically used for lists), makes no sense, which is why I'm reverting you.
