Talk:Erin Dolgan

[edit] Message paragraph
I've deleted this paragraph (for now):
- Her message is simple, to dispel the myth of “Stranger Danger” and reveal the true threat…”Relative Danger” for children. With 97% of all child sexual abuse victims having a prior relationship with their abuser, most abuse is done by family, friends, and trusted community members. She takes the information given by sexual offenders and uses it to get a message to parents. Currently, Ms. Dolgan lives in Denver, Colorado.
As well intentioned as this text clearly is, Wikipedia is not a forum for any kind of advocacy (see WP:SOAP). The 97% figure needs a reliable reference, and should likely be in Child sexual abuse rather than an article about a clinician/author. -- Rick Block (talk) 05:41, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
