Eric Sidney Higgs

Eric Sidney Higgs (1908–1976) was an English archaeologist.

He was an extreme proponent of the Cambridge Palaeoeconomy School, a school of thought that focused on the economic aspects of archaeology. His name is closely connected with the "Site catchment Analysis".
