Eric Nicholas Vitaliano

Eric Nicholas Vitaliano (b. 1948, Staten Island, NY) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Judge Vitaliano received a B.A. from Fordham College in 1968 and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1971. He was nominated to the court by George W. Bush on October 6, 2005, to a seat vacated by Arthur D. Spatt, confirmed by the Senate on December 21, 2005, and received his commission on January 19, 2006.
