Eric Jimenez (born Eric Alexander Mancha Jimenez on December 2, 1981 in Eagle Pass, Texas) is an American actor and writer.

Eric Jimenez is a Texas born actor whose theatrical career began in Dallas, Texas. He landed a small role in the international film "The Beautiful Country" before graduating from the K.D. Studio Actors Conservatory in 2004. Has had some moderate success in the independent film circuit in Los Angeles and is earning a name for himself in the Latino market.
