[edit] Which foods are rich in ergosterol?
Does anybody know which foods are rich in ergosterol? I've seen suggestions that leafy green vegetables, fungi and soybeans (legumes in general?), are, but couldn't verify this. --—Preceding unsigned comment added by Aragorn2 (talk • contribs)
- Shiitake mushrooms are supposed to be rich in ergosterol as well. Badagnani 06:18, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
