The ERA HSS, or ERA SS, is a single-seater track car produced by Tiger Sportscars for English Racing Automobiles. Tiger Sportscars state its technnical specifications as:[1]
"Model / type ERA-SS Chassis 90% round tube space frame, powder coated
Body: GRP with carbon
Engine: New cars fitted with 1800cc or 2ltr Ford Zetec. Other engines can be fitted.
Transmission: Hewland Mk.9 - 5 speed historic box
Steering: Rack and pinion 1.75 turns
Brakes: Disc front, disc rear
Suspension: Front top rocker, rear hub with trailing arms. Adjustable shocks
