Epifanio Guerrero is a baseball scout from the Dominican Republic.

Guerrero has signed more than 40 Major Leagues players for the Houston Astros, New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Milwaukee Brewers. He is considered to have signed more major leaguers than any other scout, including, Cesar Cedeño, Jose Sosa, George Bell, José Uribe, Silvestre Campusano, Dámaso García, Tony Fernández, José Mesa, Nelson Liriano, Tony Castillo, Junior Félix, Carlos Delgado, Kelvim Escobar and Abraham Núñez.
