The ePSIplus project and its website are being managed by MDR Partners - a project management partnership. Unfortunately, the website states that all content is "© ePSIplus 2006" - an assertion of copyright. Unless you have evidence that this content is in the public domain, it will quickly be deleted. Further, this article would need serious revision to stay on wikipedia, as it currently reads like an advertisement, not an informational article.
