ePresence Interactive Media
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
ePresence Interactive Media is an open source project developed primarily in the Knowledge Media Design Institute at the University of Toronto. The software is offered free under a BSD-style license, and is designed to support conferences, online meetings, seminars, and demonstrations by broadcasting them live over the internet, or making them available as on-demand webcasts. In addition to directing software development and maintenance, ePresence also sells support, hosting, and hardware packages that help customers use the software.
In August, 2007, ePresence launched ePresenceTV, a web portal for watching and sharing rich media presentations produced with ePresence Interactive Media software.
