this category title is incorrect. If a place is named after a person, it is the person who is eponymous, not the place. An eponymous place would be, e.g., Battenberg, Hesse, for giving its name to Lord Mountbatten. dab (𒁳) 17:23, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
