Epipedobates espinosai is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
