I noticed that the entire history section has been cut and pasted from the City of Ephrata website. I don't know if permission was granted to do so, but I did the best thing I could think of and cited them as a source. Is there a better way we should be doing this? Ask the city if it's OK maybe? I doubt they would mind. It is copyrighted but they might have given permision. Borphos 03:44, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
