EATL (Enteropathy-Associated T-cell Lymphoma) is a T-cell lymphoma of the small intestine. It is the most common primary gastrointestinal T-cell lymphoma, arising in intraepithelial T cells[1]. Individuals with coeliac disease are at greater risk in the long term, as their small intestinal epithelium becomes infiltrated with T-cells.
