Enrique Gatti
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Enrique Gatti is a common reference in several songs made by the British indie band Art Brut. He is known for robbing a bank in Italy during the fascist government and coming back with only 18,000 lira. This was only enough for the train fare home. Argos stated in the NME in 2007 that he had attempted to write a concept album about the man. However, this proved unsuccessful but three of the songs from the concept were included in their debut Bang Bang Rock & Roll.
