Talk:Endangered Mammals of India
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Information checking needed
The source for information here is rather poor quality. Need to run it through IUCN and CAMP publications. WII website uses old taxonomy and like most Indian government websites is prone to be low on scientific quality. Shyamal 12:58, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
- [1] has what appears to be a more upto date list. However this too will have to be checked and updated with Mammal species of the World. Ouch... so much for tax-payer funded research ! Shyamal 13:24, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
