Endexx Corporation is a provider of web based applications, solutions and tools for the handling, storage and control of documents.[1] Located in Phoenix, Arizona, Endexx Corporation is a public company.
[edit] History
Endexx Corporation was formed in 2003 when they began surveying highly regulated corporations to better understand their needs in the areas of corporate governance, regulatory compliance & transparency requirements born from the Sarbanes-Oxley_Act_of_2002. It was during this initial phase that the company began development of its flagship service Visual Board Books.[2]
In 2007, Endexx has expanded its product line beyond Visual Board Books by increasing their focus on tools for collaborative document management. Endexx is currently offering a Board_portal for corporations, school systems, legal teams, and document management solutions for small businesses.
