Encyclopedia of New Zealand (1966)

An Encyclopaedia of New Zealand (1966) was the first major encyclopedia about New Zealand to be published. It was led by the New Zealand Government and edited by A. H. McLintock. Its print run of 30,000 copies was sold out within three months. The text and images have been digitised and are online as part of Te Ara Encyclopedia of New Zealand.
