[edit] Rationale for using this image in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World

Stainless Steel Studios (now defunct) has not released any such image into the public domain.
The image helps illustrate the in-game cutscenes in campaign mode, and demonstrates the look of the characters in the game, including the main character of one of the campaigns, Yi Sun-Sin.
The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game.
The image's only purpose is to describe Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, and no other purpose.
The image does not hamper Stainless Steel Studios's (or Activision's, their publisher) ability to sell the game.
