I removed the "widely considered America's Greatest Living Noise Artist" part, because frankly I don't think it's true. Boyd Rice, arguably the founder of noise music, is a better claimant for that title. --Delirium 06:49, Apr 29, 2005 (UTC)

Wow, then you obviously don't know much about the actual history of noise or Emil, whose full title pretty much IS Emil Beaulieau: America's Greatest Living Noise Artist. And anyway, you listen to neofolk. - blah

Boyd Rice is the founder of "noise music"? He is important for industrial and noise concepts, but he hardly founded "noise music". People were making what we would label as noise recordings long before Boyd was born. Emil's moniker surely is "America's Greatest Living Noise Artist" and deserves to be included, he is more often than not billed as this for his live performances. Wiking06 13:43, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
