Emin Fuat Keyman

Emin Fuat Keyman (1958 – ) is a Turkish political scientist.

He is a professor of International Relations in the "College of Administrative Sciences and Economics" at Koç University. He received his doctorate from Carleton University of Canada. He later gave lectures in this university as sessional lecturer and visiting professor. His career in Turkey started in 1994 when he joined Bilkent University.

He has had numerous publications since the 1980s. His works are mainly on the theories of globalization and the notion of citizenship. He also studies the place of Turkey in world politics and has published many articles and books which examine the problems and the future of Turkey.
