[edit] Unit count discrepancy

According to Marre, Louis A.; Pinkepank, Jerry A. (1989). The Contemporary Diesel Spotter's Guide. Waukesha, WI: Kalmbach Books. ISBN 0-8902-6088-4. , 246 of this locomotive type were built, yet the list in the article shows 349 total units. Which is correct? slambo 14:58, Jun 10, 2005 (UTC)
