[edit] copyright issue?
The abstract of this master's thesis matches verbatim the first few sentences of the abstract of this article. However, I wonder if this is a case where the original author of this article is the same as the author of the thesis above. Then, it might be ok, as stated in the "If you find a copyright infringement" section of Wikipedia:Copyrights. What do you think? Lisatwo 04:35, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Nothing to do with physics
I am not an expert on the subject, but I do have an understanding of the topic. First of all, it has nothing to do with physics - EM-Induced errors are either not modelled at all (due to their random nature) or statistically-modelled, leaving out the physics. this definitely belongs to computer science and possibly to electronics design, as it deals with microcontroller programming. maybe it will become clearer after a few edits. 85.64.228.215 16:06, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Verification needed - are error prevention (ruggedized circuits, redundant registers) mechanism really more common to error trap mechanisms (watchdogs)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.64.228.215 (talk) 16:15, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
