Emanuele Minotti

Emanuele Minotti started to focus on financial institutions in 1996 in SSB after completing an MBA at Bocconi University in Milan in 1995. He also has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Milan and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. He worked for the Promox Group and Montedison Group in the 80s. In early 90s Emanuele was involved in the restructuring of operations at Pirelli SpA and in the reorganization of the company’s finance department. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Italian Banking Association.

In 2001 Emanuele’s team was ranked 1st in European banks research by both fund managers and finance directors in the Reuters/II survey. Emanuele has consistently awarded the Institutional Investor’s “The Best of Buy Side” award every year since 2004. In 2006 Emanuele was awarded the Thompson Extel Excellence in Asset Management awards (General Equities).
