EmanciPet, Inc., founded in 1999, is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt nonprofit organization located in Austin, Texas. EmanciPET is dedicated to preventing animal homelessness and putting an end to euthanasia as a means of population control by providing low-cost or free surgical sterilization of dogs and cats.
