Iemaan is an Arabic name which means 'faith'. Variant spellings include: Eman, Emanne, Iman, Emaan, Iman (faith), and Momminet (faithful woman). Iemaan is not rooted from the Greek name Emanuel, but is often falsely believe so. This name is generally used as a feminine name in Islam, and is used many times in the holy book of the Quran. Although it is rare, there are males with the name of Eman.
