EMAP Teeside

EMAP Teesside is a local commercial digital radio multiplex in the United Kingdom, which serves the Tees Valley area.
EMAP Teesside is transmitted on frequency block 11B from the Brusselton and Eston Nab (near Eston) transmitters. Eston Nab is the stronger signal. EMAP Teeside was launched on 29th June 2001. EMAP was the only applicant for the licence by the closing date of March 14 2000. It was awarded the licence on May 12 2000. The licence was advertised on November 19 1999.
