Elztal is a municipality in the district of Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The municipality of Elztal was created by combining the towns of Auerbach, Dallau, Muckental, Neckarburken, and Rittersbach. The combined population amounted to 6100.
