Elyria, Kansas

Elyria is an unincorporated community in McPherson County, Kansas, located 4 mi (6.4 km) south of McPherson in the Central Standard time zone at an elevation of 1,486 feet. It was named for Elyria, Ohio.^{[citation needed]}

Elyria is home of the Elyria Christian School, a private elementary and secondary school.
