[edit] Elwood
Hello! 1.You have put a tag that not so many pages link to this article. Please, explain what should I do to fix that. 2.You have put a tag that the neutrality of the article is disputed. Please, explain why do you think so and what phrases in your opinion give a shade of that.

- You should find other articles where Elwood would be mentioned. If he's not mentioned in any other Wikipedia articles (and there's nowhere you could add him yourself), that's a sign that perhaps he's not notable enough to have his own article.
- "is a famous demoscene musician", "is considered to be one of the most influential musicians", "each of which was a huge success", "original melodies", "profound programming", and "very rich arrangements", are all opinions if you have no facts to back them up. You shouldn't have to say someone is famous on Wikipedia. There should be facts and media references in the article to imply that. See WP:NPOV, WP:BIO, and WP:MUSIC. --Vossanova o< 15:47, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Very well, I see your point.
-
- Elwood is mentioned in the demoscene artists. The fact that he is not mentioned in many wikipedia articles is because generally the information on the demoscene is not very full yet. I will see if I can add the reference to Elwood myself to demoscene related articles. (you can be sure that I am not exaggerating, Elwood was really one of the most influential figures of the demoscene and I was amazed noone did an article on him before)
- Yes, I see, I will remove the opinion words and try to make the article style more neutral. However, in many other wikipedia articles I saw a musician being described as famous. Sometimes that's just plain fact, you know.
It makes me happy to see that Elwood has finally been added to the Wikipedia! I tried after numerous struggles about one year ago to add him under the article name Elwood79 (alternative alias for the same musician) but it got removed constantly, telling me he was "not notable enough". You can find the backupped article in my (Danish) blog. Use any information you find relevant - if it something isn't added already! :) - Karmus 11:14, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
I saw that one of my edits was removed because of "artist-spamming". I am certainly sure that at least the "Unknown Phuture 2" is relevant for recognition, but it could also be interesting to note that samples from two other D Fast-tracks have come from Elwood. I have readded first mentioned because I don't feel very comfortable with the too short Recognition paragraph. If you can't accept this small compromise, please remove the edit and I will not mention it again. - Karmus 15:08, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
I've been lived in Kankaanpää my whole life, i am same age class with that artist and i wont even heard nothing about this artist before ...and i can tell you, this is very small town where almost everybody know each other ...my point is, maybe Hemmi needs own wikipedia article too(at least everybody knows him) and linked from Kankaanpää article too. I think this article is more advertisement(trying to look like real bio) than article what wikipedia really needs. Get famous first and then make this article. Sorry about possible errors in writing, this ain't my native language. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 213.186.238.199 (talk) 01:45:56, August 19, 2007 (UTC)
