Talk:Elvetham Heath

The final line of this article - does this have any basis? The article as a whole does not provide balance
Have you actually seen it yourself? Have you even ever been there at all? What's to "balance"?
Quite apart from that, Elvetham Heath is a nondescript housing development like thousands of others all over the UK and elsewhere. What is so special about it to make it deserving of its own entry? A mention on the page for Fleet would be a better place for it.
I agree the article is negative and unbalanced, so I have made some edits.
For starters it was missing some items including in the development, such as the pond, nature reserve, and church.
Also, although some might find the housing style nondescript, others don't, and the development has won awards on this basis. I've balanced this section.
The section on house prices was also far too negative, and basically incorrect. House prices in the better class areas of Hampshire and Surrey are on a par (as examples 3 - 5 beds in Mytchett, Farnham and Guildford sell for around £300 - 600k).
