it is a screenshot from a commercially distributed videotape;
it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
Its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it illustrates the notable midnight movie host described in the accompanying text and her presentation of midnight movies in both the television and videotape formats.
