Elmer Elsworth Yoter (born June 26, 1900 in Plainfield, Pennsylvania, died July 26, 1966) was a third baseman in Major League Baseball. He played from 1921-1928 for the Philadelphia Athletics, Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs.
He spent 21 seasons as a minor league manager, much of that time in the farm system of the Boston Red Sox, compiling a record of 1,331-1,220.
