The Elm Grove Stone Arch Bridge is the oldest extant bridge in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It was built in 1817 by Colonel Moses Shephered and is located on the National Road (U.S. Route 40) in Elm Grove, a neighborhood of Wheeling.
