[edit] Future projects section
The items relating to work which has actually been completed should really be removed, and added to the filmography, as they can hardly be referred to as 'future projects' can they?! Lost Girls Diary 15:09, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Color: Black?
In the personal info section is a line saying "Color: Black". What is this referring to? Her eye & hair colour have already been mentioned, and she definitely appears caucasian in the photos? Anyone shed any light? Djbrianuk 13:55, 29 July 2005 (UTC)
- Rereading the section, it's probably her favourite colour, but that's not immediately clear Djbrianuk 13:57, 29 July 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Pics
Along with the major revision of content (which read a bit like a fan club newsletter), I added four entirely new pics to the article (one combines two, plus the Wrong Turn poster) as the other three seemed to be rather blatant copyright violations. --TJive 06:34, August 19, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Greatest?
Perhaps Eliza's greatest accomplishment and honor came in February of 2006 when the famous chickmagnet duo of Greg Cumpstone and Alex Langevin named her in their Top 5 Hottest Women on Earth List in 2006. The list also included Jessica Simpson, Jessica Alba, Kiera Knightley, and Heidi Klum.
Why Is That Her Greatest Accomplishment? And Should It Be Under 'Early Life'? --Alexius 05:09, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
I have removed the Camp Hale link as it refers to a defunct military facility of the same name in California rather than the Camp Hale near Boston that Eliza supports.Britmax 23:25, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Picture
Someone just put up this really stupid picture http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Eliza_Dushku_raven.jpg where she's obviously not looking good so I changed it to a better one. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Nobelson (talk • contribs) 23:16, December 23, 2006 (UTC)
- It may have been a "stupid" picture, but it was a free-use one. As WP:FU days: "Always use a more free alternative if one is available" (emphasis original). The one that was on the page was before that was a fair use one which would have eventually been killed. And to top it off, I see the image you added in placed of the "stupid" one got killed. Tabercil 22:09, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
WHY DID THEY TAKE OFF THE ONE WITH THE BIKINI FROM BRING IT ON AND STUFF? IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER AND THIS ONE IS STUPID. COME ON, I'M SERIOUS, YOU KNOW SHE'S NOT LOOKING GOOD THERE AND YET YOU PUT IT UP. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 201.53.127.36 (talk • contribs) 13:58, December 25, 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not disagreeing, but see my comments immediately above. Tabercil 15:25, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Theres a really pretty buffy one named "Buffy307.jpg". We should put it up and leave it there until we find another one where she's looking good and it's a free-use one. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 201.53.127.36 (talk • contribs) 23:24, December 26, 2006 (UTC)
- Ahem. What part of the word "always" from the WP:FU snippet I posted did you not understand? The "buffy307.jpg" image is fair use, the "Eliza_Dushku_raven" series of images are all free-use. It doesn't matter if she's looking good in the image or not; replacing free use images with fair-use ones without a damn good reason is a quick way to get yourself blocked from editing Wikipedia. Tabercil 06:09, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

- Good that it's fair use, and it really "Adds" something to the article. Shows how some hotties can be completely average. And vise versa.--Iamstillhiro1112 12:44, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Watertown or Boston?
IMDB and article both say born in Boston; infobox says Watertown (and attended Watertown high school, although doesn't mention moving). There's no way to be born in Watertown without being delivered at home--were her parents Watertown residents and she was born at St. Elizabeth's, perhaps? At any rate, it appears contradictory. --Jnik 23:16, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Name
Maybe somebody could elaborate on her surname. Is it typical for somebody of Albanian decent? It's definitely not an American or a Danish/Scandinavian name. Don't want to offend anybody, but for Germans/Austrians/Swiss Dushku sounds funny, as it is pronounced very similar to Dusch-Kuh which translates to Shower-Cow and just makes no sense. Norsktroll 16:06, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
- maybe it's magyar —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.70.102.47 (talk) 20:13, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
It's an Albanian name. Her father is Albanian. -Duribald (talk) 20:42, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
She has a purely Albanian last name, Dushku is a very popular last name in Albania, it comes from the name of a tree, in Albanian called dushk... It has really nothing to do with Dutsch-Kuh, it's Dushku an Albanian last name... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.24.249.202 (talk) 14:11, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Was she really in Charmed?
It says that she was in charmed in 2006 playing a character named zoe. the only season that falls under 2006 is season 8 and i have that season and i did not see her anywhere. Care to elaborate? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jpagan09 (talk • contribs) 22:33, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
No she was not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.56.176.132 (talk) 03:25, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
