Elizabeth Howlett is a Conservative Party politician and member of the London Assembly for Merton and Wandsworth.
Howlett, formerly a singer, is a councillor in the London Borough of Wandsworth, where she is Chief Whip and a former Mayor 1998/9 and former Chairman of the Social Services and Education Committees. She was first elected to the Assembly in 2000, and retained her seat in 2004. She is a member of the London Regional Arts Council.
