Elisabeth Tuijnman is the current mayor of Overbetuwe, Netherlands. Before becoming mayor in 2001, she had served as mayor to several other municipalities. Mayor Tuijnman is a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) (Dutch: Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie).
