Eliminators is a 1986 film directed by Peter Manoogian. Airplane pilot John dies. An evil scientist took him yo undergoing an operation. His right right eye and right side of his head is covered with metal and wires. His fleshy body is covered with steel. John is re-born as John the Mandroid (played by Patrick Reynolds).
