This image copied from my website, http://elginwatches.org/elgin_father_time.png without my knowledge nor permission. It is not a logo, but rather an image from an old advertisement (see http://elginwatches.org/scans/sales_catalogs/1914_Elgin/m_index.html) in which I made substantial modifications/changes to of an artistic nature in order to make them presentable. As such, I hold the copyrights as a derivative work on this image.
