Elfi Schlegel

Elfi Schlegel (born on May 17, 1964 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is an analyst for NBC Sports. She was also a prolific Canadian gymnast.[1]
She established herself as one of the best gymnasts in Canadian history in 1978 when she won a gold medal in the Commonwealth Games. She then won gold in the Pan Am Games and a World Cup medal in 1980.
Schlegel joined NBC and has covered 5 Olympics. She covers both gymnastics [1] and curling [2] for NBC.
Schlegel graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in telecommunications in 1986. While at UF she was a gymnast, and won 6 All-American honors.
