The image ElectronMagazineAd.jpg is being linked here; though the image is originally copyright, I (TreveXtalk 16:30, 9 October 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

  1. The image is important to the article, depicting the Acorn Electron, the main subject of the article, and conveying the manner in which Acorn's advertising constructed a conception of the computer for the public.
  2. There are no known free or public domain images of the Acorn Electron.
  3. This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
